PRiDEorDiE We offer the following in case of return:

• An exchange of size or model.
• A refund (we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, using the same payment method you used for the purchase).
• A credit note valid for 1 year on our website.

To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you contact us by email (contact@prideordie.com) before making your return.

If a size or item doesn't fit and you wish to exchange it, you can return your product within a certain period. 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Returns must be made exclusively through postal service providers. All returned items will be inspected. They must be unused, new, with tags and in their original packaging, in order to be sold again on our site.

ATTENTION ! Sale items are neither returnable nor refundable.

You must include the return form with your package.

Any return that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above may be refused by our services.
